About the expedition
Our flagship trek, and the one that most often sells out first. Three nights camping in the alpine meadow beneath Nanga Parbat (8,126m, the world’s 9th highest), with a day hike to the base camp viewpoint. The last few days drop into the Hunza Valley as a softer cultural finale.
Challenging fitness expected. The Fairy Meadows ascent is on foot for the last 90 minutes from Tato village, and the base camp viewpoint hike covers ~12km at 3,500m altitude. You should be comfortable walking 6–7 hours on uneven terrain.
